INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup pistachios
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 2 tablespoons sesame
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 180° and place a parchment paper on a baking pan.

Boil in a saucepan for almost 5΄ the honey, the sugar, the coconut oil and a pinch of salt. Then add the vanilla.

Spread the nuts with the sesame on the parchment paper and then pour the honey mixture.

Bake in the oven for about 20-25΄ until the nuts are lightly toasted.

Take out the baking pan from the oven and when it is cold, cut it into bars with a sharp knife.
