• beetroots boiled and cleaned
  • cheese cream
  • olive oil
  • walnut kernels
  • dill
  • salt
  • pepper



Empty the inside of the beetroots with a tea spoon. In a bowl put the cheese cream and add the olive oil, the walnut kernels and the inside of the beetroots after you have cut it into small pieces. Mix all the ingredients by adding salt and pepper. Fill the beetroots with the mix.

Serve by adding walnut kernels and dill.
