Cashew nuts

They are rich in vegetable proteins. A handful of cashews contains the 20% of the recommended daily intake in magnesium, the 30% in copper and the 10% in iron. Their greatest part consists of mono-unsaturates, well-known as “good fats” which protect from heart diseases.

Our company has cashews imported from India and Vietnam, raw or roasted, with or without salt.
