INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grms pasta
  • 70 grms walnuts cut in large pieces
  • 250 grms gorgonzola
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

 

METHOD

Boil pasta following the instructions shown on the package.

Roast the walnuts for almost 5’. Add the olive oil, the gorgonzola cheese and stir. Pour 2-3 tbs from the boiled water used in the pasta. Season with salt and pepper.

When the sauce is thickened, take the pan off and add the pasta. Pasta is ready to be served adding freshly ground pepper.
